Purpose
The Transfer Out function in M-POS allows warehouse or store users to pick and ship stock based on transfer requests created by backend users in E-Retail. This ensures stock movement between locations is executed accurately and recorded in real time. It applies to all stock movement types — including Warehouse → Warehouse, Warehouse → Store, Store → Store, and Store → Warehouse — depending on the document initiated in E-Retail.
Prerequisites
Access to M-POS > Back Office > Transfer Out.
Transfer request must be created and confirmed in E-Retail (Store Delivery, Store Transfer, Store Return, or Warehouse Transfer).
Steps
Step 1 – Access Transfer Out
Log in to M-POS.
Go to Back Office > Transfer Out.
A prompt will appear:
“Pending Document: You have X pending document(s), do you want to view?”Tap OK → opens the list of pending transfer-out jobs.
Tap Cancel → goes to the Filter page.
Step 2 – Filter Page (If Cancel is Selected)
Use filters to search transfer documents:
Transfer No. (Doc No.)
To Location (destination store / warehouse)
Date From / Date To
Status – All, Pending, or Shipped
Step 3 – View Pending Documents (If OK is Selected)
The list will display all transfer-out jobs pending picking.
Tap View Details to open a specific document.
Step 4 – Perform Picking
The View Details page shows:
Document Number
End Location (Store / Warehouse)
Status (Pending, Confirmed, or Shipped)
Total Req’d / Pick / Var summary
Transfer Note (if any)
List of items with Req’d, Pick, and Var columns
Start scanning items to pick.
Once done, tap Save to record progress.
Tap Confirm to finalize the picked quantities.
Tap Ship to complete the transfer.
Step 5 – Review Completed Transfers
After shipping, tap Back (top-left corner).
The document will now appear in Shipped status, along with other pending documents if any.
Notes / Tips
Always verify the Req’d / Pick / Var summary before confirming.
Save can be used mid-picking; you can return later to finish and confirm.
Ship moves stock out of the location and marks it In Transit until received at the destination.
Confirmed = Picking finalized, not yet shipped.
Shipped = Transfer completed and sent out.
