Purpose

The Store Delivery Request module is used to request stock transfers from a warehouse to a store. It can be created automatically (through replenishment functions) or manually (ad hoc requests). This module serve as a backend initiation, where HQ/warehouse staff create and confirm requests that will generate corresponding picking jobs in M-POS, enabling warehouse users to perform the actual picking and shipping tasks.

Prerequisites

  • Access to Warehouse Module > Warehouse Delivery > Store Delivery Request.

How Store Delivery Requests Are Created

  • Automatic – Generated when confirming replenishments:

    • Replenishment Based on Category

    • Replenishment Based on Sales

    • Replenishment Based on Safety Quantity

  • Manual (Ad hoc) – Created directly in this module by backend/HQ/warehouse staff.

Steps

Step 1 – Create a New Store Delivery Request (Ad Hoc)

  1. Go to Warehouse Module > Warehouse Delivery > Store Delivery Request.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Populate the top panel:

    • From Location – Select warehouse (3-dotted button).

    • To Location – Select store (3-dotted button).

    • Note – Optional field for internal reference.

Step 2 – Input SKUs

Option 1 – Manual Selection

  1. Under the SKU column, click into the empty row.

  2. Click the 3-dotted button.

  3. Use filters in the pop-up window to search and select SKUs.

Option 2 – Bulk Import

  1. Click Download Batch Template.

  2. Populate the Excel template with SKU details.

  3. Save the file and return to the module.

  4. Click Import to upload the populated template and it will generate multiple store delivery request documents if the template has more than 1 store.

Step 3 – Finalize Request

  1. Click Save to keep the document as draft.

  2. Once verified, click Confirm.

    • A Store Delivery Picking job will be automatically created in E-Retail for backend tracking, and in M-POS for warehouse staff to perform picking and shipping.

  3. Use Print or Export for documentation.

Step 4 – Cancel if Necessary

  • After confirmation, if M-POS users have not yet picked, backend users may:

    • Delete the picking document in Warehouse Module > Warehouse Delivery > Store Delivery Picking module.

    • Click Cancel to delete the picking job from M-POS.

    • This will also close the Store Delivery Request.

Notes / Tips

  • Use manual requests for ad hoc or urgent deliveries outside of replenishment.

  • If SKUs are missing in the store, check that they are first set up correctly in Product Master.

  • Always verify From Location and To Location to avoid wrong warehouse-to-store movements.

  • Only unpicked requests can be cancelled — once picking begins in M-POS, cancellation is not allowed. In other words, users will need to perform the whole flow and create a reversal document (Store Return - Store > Warehouse).
