Purpose

The Store Delivery Request function in M-POS allows stores to make ad hoc stock requests directly to the warehouse. This provides flexibility for stores to request additional inventory outside of automated replenishment cycles.

Once submitted, the request is sent to backend/HQ users for approval. After approval, a Store Delivery Picking job will be created for warehouse users to fulfill and ship.

Prerequisites

  • Access to M-POS > Back Office > Store Delivery Request.

  • Warehouse and store locations already set up in the system.

  • SKU codes created in Product Master.

Steps

Step 1 – Access Store Delivery Request

  1. Log in to M-POS.

  2. Go to Back Office > Store Delivery Request.

  3. The screen opens with a filter page by default:

    • Doc No

    • From Location

    • Date From / Date To

    • Status – All, Pending, Confirmed

    • Tap Search to view requests.

Step 2 – Create a New Request

  1. Tap the “+” button.

  2. A new request form appears with:

    • Doc No – Auto generated.

    • Location – Select warehouse (3-dotted button).

    • Reason – Input request reason.

    • Note – Optional.

  3. Tap Next to proceed.

Step 3 – Add Items to Request

  • You can add items using one of the following methods:

    • Device Scanner (Default) – Scan product barcode directly.

    • Search (optional) – Manually input SKU or description.

    • Camera (optional) – Use device camera to scan barcode (if scanner unavailable).

  • Items will appear in the list with quantities requested.

Step 4 – Save Request

  1. Tap Save to save the request as draft.

    • Drafts can be edited until submitted.

  2. After saving, the request status will be “Pending For Approval”.

Step 5 – Await Backend Approval & Shipping

  • The backend/HQ user will review the request in E-Retail, confirm it, and generate a Store Delivery Picking job.

  • Warehouse users will then perform picking and ship the items to the store.

Notes / Tips

  • Use this for ad hoc requests when replenishment does not cover the stock need.

  • Requests remain editable before Confirmed by backend.

  • Statuses:

    • Pending For Approval – awaiting backend confirmation.

    • Confirmed – approved by backend and sent to warehouse.
