Purpose
The Store Delivery Request function in M-POS allows stores to make ad hoc stock requests directly to the warehouse. This provides flexibility for stores to request additional inventory outside of automated replenishment cycles.
Once submitted, the request is sent to backend/HQ users for approval. After approval, a Store Delivery Picking job will be created for warehouse users to fulfill and ship.

Access to M-POS > Back Office > Store Delivery Request.
Warehouse and store locations already set up in the system.
SKU codes created in Product Master.

Warehouse users will then perform picking and ship the items to the store.
