Purpose
This guide explains how users can access Eurostop's E-Omni using their E-Retail credentials, including first-time login and password reset scenarios.
Prerequisites
Active E-Retail user account
Access to the E-Omni URL (provided by Eurostop or your Manager)
Internet browser
Steps
Access E-Omni
Open your browser.
Go to E-Omni URL:
https://yourcompanyname.eurostop.cloud/omni (sample)
Complete First-Time Login via E-Retail
Log in to E-Retail using the credentials provided.
On first login, the system will prompt you to change your password.
Complete the password change successfully.
Log in to E-Omni
Return to the E-Omni login page.
Enter the same username and password that you have updated in E-Retail.
Click Proceed to Login.
Forgot Password (If Applicable)
If you forget your password, contact your E-Retail Admin.
The admin will reset your password in E-Retail.
Use the new credentials to log in to E-Omni again.
Notes / Tips
⚡ E-Omni shares the same login credentials as E-Retail. There is no separate password.
⚡ Always complete the first-time password change in E-Retail before attempting to log in to E-Omni.
⚡ Password resets can only be performed by an E-Retail Admin, not within E-Omni itself.
