Purpose

The Replenishment Based on Sales module is used to generate stock replenishment suggestions based on sales performance within a specified date range. This ensures fast-moving items are restocked appropriately according to store demand and warehouse availability.

    • Select Warehouse using the 3-dotted button.

    • Choose Store or Store Group using the 3-dotted button.

Step 2 – Load Data

  2. The system will generate a replenishment list including:

    • Product

    • Store Sold Quantities

    • Store On Hand Stocks

    • Store To-Replenish Quantity

    • Warehouse Stock

    • Daily Sales Quantity

    • A Store Delivery Request document will be generated in the Store Delivery Request module.

    • Picking jobs will also be generated for warehouse users to prepare and ship items to the store.

  3. If the document is no longer valid, click Cancel.

  4. (Optional) Click Export to download the replenishment list in Excel.

Notes / Tips

  • This module only generates data for products with sales history within the selected date range.

  • Use Sales Unit From/To filters to exclude very low or excessively high sellers.

  • Quantities in the Replenish column can always be manually adjusted before confirming.

  • Use Export for further analysis or reporting outside the system.
