Create Product Master (Video)

1. Open Product Form

    Click New to open the product creation form.

2. Enter Product Details

General Information
Fill in the following fields:

• Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4

  • Product Code (Max 14 characters)

  • Short Name (Max 15 characters)

  • Description (Max 30 characters)

  • GST %

  • Vendor

  • Hard Launch (Yes/No)

  • Launch Date (Required if Hard Launch = No)

  • Colour Code

  • Size Group

3. Enter Pricing

    Go to the Price tab:

• Unit Cost

• Retail Price

4. Enter SKU Details

    Go to the SKU tab:

• SKU Code (Item Number)

• EAN Code (Supplier Barcode)

5. Assign Attributes

    Go to the Attribute tab:

• Select relevant product attributes

6. Save

    Click Save, then Confirm to publish the product to the system.
