Purpose

This function allows users to print labels for individual SKUs by applying filters such as product hierarchy, attributes, markdown dates, or specific SKUs. It is useful for targeted printing without relying on purchase orders or batch templates.

Prerequisites

  • Access to Master Setup > Product Setup > Label Print – By Product module.

  • Correct label printer installed and configured.

  • (Optional) Country-specific price data maintained in the system.

Steps

  1. Go to Master Setup > Product Setup > Label Print – By Product

  2. Apply filters as needed:

    • Product Hierarchy or Attribute.

    • Promotion Markdown Date.

    • Select specific SKUs from the left panel.

    • ⚡ If no filters are applied, all products will be displayed by default.

  3. Click Search to generate the product list.

  4. To select items:

    • Tick Select All to choose all products.

    • Or select individual products.

  5. Review print quantities:

    • Each label defaults to 1 quantity.

    • To update, check the Quantity to Print box and enter the required number.

  6. (Optional) If multiple country prices are maintained:

    • Tick Country Price.

    • Select the Country.

    • Click Search again.

  7. Click Print to generate labels.

    • Two formats are available for preset, both Print and Print 2 buttons will be shown.

    • Select the appropriate format.

Notes / Tips

  • Use filters to narrow down SKUs and avoid unnecessary printing.

  • If no filters are applied, the system will load all products for selection.
  • Print vs Print 2 → refers to different label formats (set up per company requirements).
  • Always confirm the correct printer before starting the print job.
