Purpose
This function allows users to quickly generate and print product labels based on documents such as purchase orders or price changes, or by uploading a custom SKU/quantity template.
Prerequisites
Access to Master Setup > Product Setup > Label Printing – By Batch module.
Correct printer installed and configured.
Populated batch template (if printing selected SKUs manually).
Steps
Option 1 – Print Labels from Document
Go to Master Setup > Product Setup > Label Printing – By Batch
Select the Doc Type (e.g., Purchase Order, Price Change, Goods In, etc.).
Select the Doc No from the list.
Click Search.
A list of labels will be generated according to the selected document.
Each label will default to a print quantity of 1.
To adjust printing quantities:
Enter a number in the Quantity field.
Click Apply to All to update all labels at once.
Alternatively, update quantities individually for specific SKUs.
Confirm the selected printer.
Click Print.
Option 2 – Print Selected Labels via Import (Template)
In Master Setup > Product Setup > Label Printing – By Batch, click Download Template.
Populate the template with the following columns:
SKU
Quantity
Save and import the populated file back into the module.
Review the label list generated from the upload.
Confirm the selected printer.
Click Print.
Notes / Tips
Retail Price and Attributes will automatically display for reference after clicking Search.
Always double-check that the correct printer is selected before printing.
For bulk updates, use Apply to All to save time.
Use the template option if you need to print labels for specific SKUs only, instead of entire documents.
