Purpose
The Regular Price Change module is used to update retail selling prices that are linked directly to E-POS transactions. This ensures pricing at the store level is always current, accurate, and consistent with business strategies such as supplier cost adjustments, margin changes, or market repositioning.
Prerequisites
Access to Price Change Module > Regular Price Change.
Correct SKU/Product codes and approved new retail price information.
Ability to perform E-Manager and E-POS sync for immediate effect.
Steps
Go to Price Change Module > Regular Price Change.
Choose one of the following options:
Option 1 – Manual Product Selection
Click New.
Under the Prod Code column, click the three-dotted button (…).
Select the required products.
Input the New Price directly in the module.
Option 2 – Import via Template
Click Download Template.
When prompted, select one of the template types:
Product → populate Prod Code and New Price.
SKU (recommended) → populate SKU Code and New Price.
Product & Colour Code → populate Prod Code, Colour, and New Price.
Save the template to your preferred PC directory.
Populate the required fields.
In the module, click Import and open the populated Excel file.
Review and validate all new prices.
Click Save to save as draft.
Click Confirm to finalize.
A reminder prompt will appear, notifying the user to perform Sync in E-Manager and Sync in E-POS for immediate effect.
If no manual sync is performed, the price changes will only update in E-POS the following day.
(Optional) Click Export to export the saved or confirmed document.
Notes / Tips
Always double-check new prices before confirming to avoid incorrect selling price updates.
Use SKU template when dealing with multiple variants, as it is more precise than product-level updates.
For immediate in-store effect, remember to sync manually in both E-Manager and E-POS after confirmation.
Use Export as a record for audit or reference.
